PETRA BELLONE
I have been in the real estate business since 1999. After having been a stay at home mom for over ten years, working part-time for a marketing firm was more of a hobby than a profession. This led to working as an admin. and marketing coordinator in a real estate office, getting licensed in 2003 and taking over the office manager’s position in 2008. When that office changed ownership in 2018 Sue Gregorowicz I opened P and S Homes.

My name is Sue Gregorowicz and I am co-owner of P and S Homes, along with my business partner Petra Bellone. I am married with two adult children and have lived in Louisville over 18 years. Having moved and purchased many homes, I know personally the stresses and challenges of home buying, moving, and transitioning my family to a new school and life. Over the years, I have had the privilege to support the University of Louisville School of Medicine by participating in numerous sponsorships and events. My number one goal is to furnish you with the most accurate and current information on local real estate trends, pricing, and timing.
